2. Bespoke & Custom Orders
All bespoke and made-to-measure orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins. Because these garments are crafted exclusively for your measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
3. Handcrafted Variations
Our garments feature extensive hand-embroidery and hand-dyed fabrics. Slight variations in color, texture, and embroidery are hallmarks of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We provide estimated delivery timelines at the time of purchase. While we strive to meet these timelines, Samayanusar is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
